Oh, well, I would use them in banana bread, hand dipped turtles, pecan pie sounds scary to make but if I had pecans straight from Georgia....well I would venture into dangerous territory!

I would probably eat them plain and THEN I'd make the pee-can pie! I went to Macey's on Saturday (not the one in NYC, the grocery store in Utah County) They were giving samples of pecan turtles made with one snyders waffle pretzel, one Rolo candy and a half pecan on top. You place the pretzels on a greased cookie sheet,a Rolo on top of each pretzel, place in 350 degree oven until the Rolos have melted. Press a pecan half on top of that and enjoy! It really was good.

Love you too,

Christmas 1975, I had my first white Christmas in Canada. My room mate's parents invited me to their home in Kingsville. He mum showed me her traditional pecan pie. She pronounceed it pea corn. It was delicious. Now I hear people calling it Pee Can.

Hubby and I love (Pee-Cans)does that help my status any?

We munch on pecans all the time. Plain, in salads, in cookies, brownies, etc.

My husband loves to try his hand in the kitchen during the holidays and he always calls dibs on making a chocolate pecan pie. Personally, I like plain pecan pie best (it's my favorite pie)

If there were any left over after he baked his pie, I would make magic cookie bars with them. I would decrease the amount of chocolate chips so as to not overpower the crunchy goodness of the southern pecans.

Damn, my mouth is watering. Pick me! Pick me!

If I were experimenting with my own recipe, I would try making crushed pecan and coconut crusted chicken fingers. That just popped into my head and sounded really good.

LOVE pecans! I would use them as a crunchy addition to my ridicously easy chocolate fudge.
