My BIL backed into the Sweetheart's truck with the company dump truck.
You take out the old light out and take it into Wal-mart.
You buy another bulb just like the one you took out of the truck.
And you also buy some red Tail Light Tape.
Who knew they had such a thing??
Not I.
But the Sweetheart did.
So once you put the new bulb in, then you just tape up the hole with
the wonderful Tail Light Tape until it looks like this!
Ta-Da!!
Fixed until you can get it really fixed!!

My friends had a similar situation. They were going on a holiday in Australia. The lights turned amber, the bro in front decided to play it safe, and stopped. The bro at the back sped up and CRASH!!!
It was more than the lights in your story.

I just love inventors. Somewhere there is a person who is getting patent royalties (I hope) for his idea. And he probably got it after a similar accident and said, "Hey! I bet I could sell this stuff!"
What a great idea. And you won't get in trouble with the police while you wait to get it fixed. (I used to live opposite a policeman who always told me when a bulb had gone on my car and I felt such pressure to fix it straightaway!)
Why didn't I think of that!!! I would be rich!!! I bet you hubby wasn't very happy.

Well WEll Well! I didn't know therer was such a thing as tail light tape either!!! i guess we learn something new everyday~!
