When we were at the timeshare with the kids last week
I noticed that they had a scheduled arts and craft day.
So on Thursday at 2:00 pm, I sent the Sweetheart, aka Pop Pop
off with the girls to do arts and crafts.
For Pop Pop, it wasn't the most pleasant of experiences.
They got there 5 minutes after it started
and didn't get a covered picnic table.
We didn't know it was even going to be out side in the 100 plus Florida Sun
or maybe we would have skipped it all together.
They had all showered and had on clean clothes but NO SUNSCREEN!
Everyone of them came back with bright red faces
and these adorable "Bucket Hats."
Of course, Pop Pop didn't interfer with their creative talents.
They made them all by themselves.
They were very proud and happy girls.
But they were all mad that it was so hot and they had to sit in the sun.
Bucket Hats: $10.00
Spending time with the GRAND~girls: Priceless

Are you sure Pop Pop didn't help them with that project? :-0 They're adorable and sounds like they need some hats to protect from the Florida sun!
Those are such darling girls and their hats are just so cute! What fun for them and you guys! Come say hi :D
I lost a comment, so I make a short one. Pop Pop didn't spend $5 to design a personally designed bucket hat for NaNa.
Yes, priceless time with Grands.
My older girl aged 26 is going to Med school. She said to me," Sorry, mama, I won't be giving you any grands. Because after 5 years of school, I want to join medicine without frontiers."
What can you say?
aww! Those are Poppin' Fresh Hats! :) :)
They should be very proud of their art work on their hats. Cute as can be! HAPPY 4TH TO ALL OF YOU!
I wouldn't have wanted to sit in the sun either...I love that he let them do it theirselves....great!!
