Friday Fences #4

This place has seen it's better day!
A new home was built on the back of the lot.
So glad that they left this old home.
It still has so much character.

Join Janis for Friday Fences by going here.

I like the character of this place too but sure would not want to live there. :)

What a charming place! I always want to walk around and in these type of places to let my imagination wander. Great shot!

I love when they "save" the old homeplace or at least a chimney, sometimes. This is one of my favs of yours. Have a good weekend, Gigi.

I totally love that home. I would love to know the history!

In its time it was probably fairly fancy.

I sure would like to explore inside... the history alone in a place like that just amazes me! Cool post =)

The dilapidated cottage and matching fence make a great photo, but might be tough to live in!

I hope they continue to keep it and maybe renovate just a little to keep it from falling down but not change it drastically. What charm with the white fence in front!
