Nanny
Is my Maternal Great Grand Mother.
By Brother and his wife Sheri brought me some clippings
last fall of my Nanny's roses bushes.
They even helped me plant them.
I watched the bush all spring and was so excited when it bloomed
for the fisrt time
I'm wanting more!

What a treasure to have Nanny's roses growing in your yard! They are so pretty. Enjoy your Sunday, Gigi.
So pretty! Now I'm wishing I had some of my Grandma's roses.
They are so pretty! I get so excited every morning that I wake up to new blooms in my rose garden. Sometimes it's just the little things in life.....
Beautiful and sentimental...like having a piece of her with you.
So gorgeous! My grandma never had rose, but her lilac bushes were always mhy favorite. I can't smell lilac now without smelling her. Or Downy : )

She's a beautiful looking woman too! I can see where you get your fabulous DNA.
We love Nanny's roses in our yard also! It's called a Seven Sisters Rose because 7 blooms are on each stem...Brings great memories of Nanny and a smile on my face when I look at them!
I love the flowers, the color is so vivid and wonderful
