Fat Cat

Did I ever tell you that I have a fat cat?
25 pounds worth!
His given name is Gizmo and he
is a Maine Coon and 8 years old.
When Shelby started talking
she called him "Mo".
So that is what he goes by now.
He pretty much doesn't
answer to anything.

Hey, "Mo"

Yes, you!

I'm talking to you!

He gets lots of grand girl kisses.

Not so many from Shelby these days.

But he still gets lots of kisses and hugs

from Rae. He's so big that when both

girls started walking, they

tried to ride him. He would just

flatten out with a grunt. He

tolerates them pretty well,

thank goodness.

He is Harry's baby and our alarm clock.

There is no sleeping in this house past 6:30 am and some mornings he wakes us around 5. I don't like him at all in the mornings. I've been known to yell at him.

You would too if a 25lb cat jumped up on your bed and licked you in the face first thing in the morning!

He really, really misses Bell. We've never found her. It's really sad at night when he sits at the front door and calls her. He is still grieving her loss. I can't bring myself to replace her with a new friend for him just yet. Maybe soon. I'm just not sure I can break in a new kitten. No not now.

That is a huge cat! She had a beautiful face. I not it's not funny, but it is, that she licks you in the face in the morning; she shounds like a character.

Oh my word, that is a fat cat! Bug is starting to feel better. She is still super whiny and wants no one but me. (It's breaking Nana's heart. LOL) It takes all of us to get her medicine down her. She has just recently gotten like that. She used to take it no problems. Thanks for asking.

You made me laugh, the pictures go right along with your words. Mo is king cat of the house, I've never seen her get in a hurry, but I guess she could if she had to.

It's just too sad about Bell, that's a wild cat for you.

Love you,
Papa
