What?

It's 6:53 A.M.
And 27* this morning!
What is up with that?
A little cold for planting potatoes.
Maybe this is the last of
the really cold weather.
Spring has got to be around the corner.

I am so ready for Spring! I want flowers, flip flops, gardening, green grass, and trips to the park. I am so over the cold weather.

The groundhog saw his shadow, soooo, that means a few more weeks of cold weather, supposedly!

The problem here in the south is we get warm days then wham! we get ultra-COLD - then warm - then COLD!!!. That means runny noses, strep throat, earaches, pneumonia - just name it. Extra echinecea and lots of orange juice coming up!

Papa took a walk the other day on a cold & WINDY day. Next day whammo - earache. I cannot make believers out of Papa, among others to keep their ears & baby's ears covered or put cotton in them on WINDY days - summer or winter......

Friday and Saturday (today) mornings it was down in the twenties - ice all over cars and lawn, when Papa left for the temple and I crawled back in the bed. This afternoon Grant rides his bike over here wearing shorts and no socks.

Our peach trees were full of blooms and azaleas full of buds, wondering what that will bring - all or nothing???

OH WELL, come July, August & September we'll be whineing about the heat and humidity! (o;)
