Sweet Potato Supreme

Sweet Potato Supreme
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs beaten
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all together and spread in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Topping
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cups melted butter
1 cup copped pecans
Mix topping ingredients together and
sprinkle over the top of the sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 350* for 30~45 minutes.
Can be made ahead and frozen or refrigerated till ready to bake.
This is a must for us at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ooh! That's one of my favorites for Thanksgiving! For Christmas, we go out for Japanese food. :)

I am assuming the sweet potates are coooked first before mashed?

I am most def going to be making this one. Let me clarify - I will be giving the recipe to Splenda for him to make.

I am totally doing this tonight. I baked some sweet potatoes saturday night, cooled them, and bagged them. (for later in the week). Yummy...can't wait...

I didn't grow up on this as a kid. we didn't really use pecans at all. I am still learning what to do with them...LOL
