Shelby couldn't wait to read Pop Pop a book. Soon as he sat down she was in his lap. Christon brought her over as soon as she got out of dance. When we went up to check Harry out of the hospital, Shelby said "let me see your foot." He told her he didn't have one and held up his nub and she started laughing and he started laughing at her laughing at him. They were so funny with each other. Then she asked him when he was going to get a new one? He told her in a few months. She was like, "Okay, can I have your balloons?"
Oh, to be like little children so excepting of things.
Christon then went and got Reagan and brought her to see Pop Pop. I couldn't get her to sit on his lap to so I could get a picture. She was just all over every where and into everything. I'll catch her today.

the girls sure did miss their pop pop! I know its alot more comfy for him at home than in that darn hospital! Now were 1 step closer to a normal routine again, only about 10 more to go!
Welcome Home Uncle Harry! I know you are all so glad to be out of the Hospital. I can't imagen what you all have been through, but I'm glad he's home.
Ali's Ear, Nose and Throat Dr. in Charlotte, didn't have a thumb and of course all the kids were like Shelby and would ask where his thumb was. He would just say he didn't need it and that he kept in his pocket. The kids would ask to see it and then he would pull out this rubber thumb and let them hold it...it was quite funny and it satisfied all their little curiousities!
That is just precious, absolutely precious. I love the commentary, OK so when are you getting a new one? Welcome home! Things are definitely looking up.

I hope Harry is feeling better. It's amazing what being home will do for a person.
Harry will always be my favorite Bishop! So glad he's home and his color looks great. I'm afraid once he gets his prosthesis you won't be able to keep up with him anymore.
Oh, and just wait till he gets to go sit through those dance recitals!

We are thankful Harry is home and doing well. Send a picture of his nub. Ryan says him and Harry are still Juanita's favorite nephews. I told she only liked Harry because he doesn't talk to his mother. Auntie Betsy
