They aren't really "famous" I just threw that in there 'cause it sounded good! I don't know who to give the credit to for this recipe. It's been in my recipe box since college. I know that way back then I used a Palatka Ward recipe book, made up from the Sisters in the Ward. So this could easily be a recipe from that old book. Any way it has served me well for over 30 years! They are all most never fail, unless you burn them! I took this platter full to Dr. Brooks office last Friday when Harry went for his check up. Of course they loved them.

Gigi, I haven't checked my blog for several days. The reunion was so much fun! Farrel & Betsy called us about Harry's surgery. Needless to say, our thoughts & prayers are with you & Harry! I grew up with those kids. They are special to me. Give Harry our love. We are so sorry that he has to go through this, but we know that Heavely Father will watch over him & bless him. Love to all!!
The cookies look wonderful. I love a good old fashioned peanut butter cookie after a supper of soup and a sandwich.
I'm hoping you have time to give us a progress update today on Harry.
I absolutely love peanut butter cookies, and yours look so so good! Maybe I'll make them this weekend!
Gigi......I love you and our prayers are with you and Harry!
this is a good cookie! Try adding mini chocolate chips...My mom makes them that way and they are wonderful!
