A few weeks ago we were out for an evening drive.
We needed a diet coke and the closest drive through was the Sonic.
This is what we saw as we rounded the building.
The sweetheart never really has any patience
for this sort of thing. He's like, what are these idiots doing?
Well, they had broken down in the drive through lane.
They had the hood up and were working
on trying to get it started.
All of a sudden they all jumped in the ambulance and took off.
They never did get anything to eat.
I wonder did they get an emergency call.
Good thing it cranked.

That is weird.
Well I will give you a tip. My daughter worked at Sonic for a long time when she was in High School and she told me to always park in a space and order unless there was only one vehicle in the drive thru. They always do the parked orders first.
I will go to Sonic for a diet Coke and there will be 8 cars in line and I just go park, they always immediately get my order and I am on my way before the second car in line ever reaches the window.
Have a Good Weekend!
Hmmmm, paramedics and Sonic shouldn't go together...they will be the next heart attack.
Lights and sirens don't get me excited anymore. I've realized that people will call an ambulance for just about anything...cramps, diahhrea...you name it. Some people's definition of emergency is different than mine.
I'm sure ambulance drivers get hungry too. When they left, did they have the sirens and lights on? If not, they may have heard of a special at Burger King and decided to go there!
Fun that you took a picture!
Ever wonder what these trades people do when they are not driving. Everyday, after school I drive pass Western Springs, one of our best nature parks. Park along the main road is this 18 wheel monster. I feel like asking, Hi guys what are you doing? May be they are sleeping.
I wish I had the forsight to carry my camera around with me. I have missed many an opportunity, that's for sure.
I never leave home without my camera. My husband doesn't have the patience for that kind of thing either. It's annoying for me, but oh well.
Hmm....I wonder if the ambulance was really broke down. They sure did take off in a hurry.
